- 2+ years of experience building and shipping ML/AI systems in production
- Strong experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks
- Strong proficiency in your primary language
- Experience with observability, evaluation, and benchmarking of ML systems

This is exactly where we come in. Valova is building an AI platform for medical coding, DRG grouping, and revenue cycle management. We automate the complex and error-prone processes around ICD, OPS, and billing data, so that hospitals can work faster, more accurately, and more efficiently. We are building the platform that maps a hospital's entire revenue process, from the initial diagnosis through complete and accurate coding all the way to billing with payers. Today, each of these steps is marked by broken workflows, manual rework, and avoidable revenue losses. Our vision is an end-to-end revenue cycle management that closes these gaps: fewer claim reductions and medical service reviews, a clean case mix, and a financial foundation that gives hospitals room to breathe again.
